By accessing or using 3Kiddies.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

If you are a parent or guardian agreeing to these Terms on behalf of a child, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your child's use of the Platform and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Age Requirements:

• Users under 13 years old require verifiable parental consent to create an account
• Parents must provide a valid email address and verify their identity
• Users 13 and older may create accounts independently

Account Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts
• Parents are responsible for monitoring their children's activities on the Platform

Coins:

• Coins are virtual currency used within the Platform for games and purchases
• Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Coins are non-transferable between accounts
• Unused coins may expire after 12 months of account inactivity

Purchases:

• All purchases of coins and virtual items are final and non-refundable
• Parents must authorize all purchases made by children under 18
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue virtual items at any time

Content Guidelines:

• All content must be appropriate for children of all ages
• You retain ownership of content you create but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it
• We may remove content that violates our guidelines without notice

Prohibited Conduct:

• Bullying, harassment, or intimidation of other users
• Sharing personal information (real names, addresses, phone numbers)
• Inappropriate, offensive, or adult content
• Cheating, hacking, or exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities
• Impersonating other users or staff members
• Attempting to access other users' accounts
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms or our Community Guidelines
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Behavior that harms other users or the Platform
• Extended periods of inactivity (12+ months)

Upon termination, you will lose access to your account, including any coins, virtual items, and created content. We are not obligated to provide refunds for terminated accounts.

All content on the Platform, including games, artwork, characters (Princess, Squirrel, Roboboy), logos, and software, is owned by 3Kiddies or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Reverse engineer or decompile our software
• Create derivative works based on our characters or content

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3Kiddies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the Platform or via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
